Our fun day!

This picture has nothing to do about our day but I just wanted to put up a picture of my two cute boys. We had a really fun day yesterday and I just wanted to tell everyone all about it. We had to wake up around 4 am because Tayton was getting a little surgery done. He got tubes put in his ears. He actually did really good. The hardest part for me was when they took him back for surgery and I couldn't go with him. He kept holding his arms out and screaming I want my mommy. It was sad but I did good and held back the tears. The surgery was only about 10 minutes then the doctor came in and said he was all done and it went really good. He did have some thick mucus behind both of his eardrums which made it really hard for Tayton to hear. We got to take Tayton home right after and he was feeling a little tired but really happy to be out of the hospital. The rest the day he just played with his trains and he was fine. I am really glad we had his surgery done. He has been saying he hears really loud now, so I think that means he can hear a lot better.

Well later that night Levi was working on our truck. He was replacing the shocks and somehow he smashed his left hand pretty good. He was bleeding all over. I was afraid he broke his hand and needed some stiches too. So I drove back to the hospital. We were in the ER forever, and Tayton was so hyper it was really hard to keep him under control. By the time the doctor saw him the bleeding had stopped. They basically glued his cut back together with superglue and taped it so it would stay shut. They said it is about the same as stiches but his cut was pretty straight so it will heal up nice. I am glad he didn't get hurt any worse. We were at the hospital longer for Levi's cut than we were for Taytons surgery. We didn't get home until after 11 p.m. It was a long day.

So that was our fun day. Two trips to the hospital. But both of my boys are doing great so I am glad things turned out ok. For some reason my spell checker has not been working lately, so sorry for all the misspelled words.

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentines Day, and I wanted to let Levi know how much I love him and appreciate him. So Happy Valentines Day everybody!

What is his name? Levi Wayne Winward

How long have you been married? 5 1/2 years

How long did you date? Don't laugh, I think we only dated about a month and then we were engaged three months. Hey but when it's right it's right.

How old is he? 27

Who eats more? He does, even though my belly is 10 times larger. He can eat and eat and never gain a pound.

Who said I love you first? He did, but I told him I loved him more first and we still argue over who loves who more but I win.

Who is smarter? He is, sometimes I wonder how someone could be that smart. I remember looking in some of his college books and wondering if they were even in the English language.

Whose temper is worse? Mine - especially when I am pregnant. I feel bad that he has to put up with me all the time. Levi never yells, he will get upset with me but never yell and I really appreciate that.

Who does the laundry? I do unless he needs something washed for his work the next day.

Who folds the laundry? I do, he will leave the clothes on the floor or in the dryer for days. He hates folding and putting away laundry.

Who does the dishes? I do most of the time but ocassionaly I will get lucky and he will do them without me even asking him.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do, just because it is farthest away from the door and Tayton always comes in and wakes us up. We argue about it, but he is being sweet and letting me sleep on that side because I'm pregnant.

Who pays the bills? I do, he makes the money and I spend it. It's a great system.

Who cooks dinner? Me, unless we barbque then he does. Sometimes he will be nice and cook dinner, and I must say he is a really good cook.

Who drives when you are together? He does, I hate to drive.

Who is more stubborn? Depends on what it is, but I would say he gives in a lot easier so that would make me more stubborn but he has his moments.

Whose parents do you see the most? It is actually equal, because they live so close together and we live so far away. You can't make a trip up without seeing both families.

Who proposed? Levi, we were on vacation and he proposed at the Navoo Temple. He was so nervous that I was laughing the entire time.

Who has more friends? I have more that I keep in contact with, but he makes friends with anyone he talks too.

Who has more siblings? I got him beat by two.

Who wears the pants in the family? He does, but only because he is always trying to take mine off! Just kidding.

It's a girl!

Or at least we think it is. I went to the doctor yesterday and I had an ultrasound done. The baby had it's legs crossed the entire time except for right at the end. She opened up her legs just a bit and the doctor said he didn't see any male parts but he didn't get that good of a look. He said he is 80% sure it is a girl. I will get another ultrasound done next month and hopefully she will cooperate some more and we will know for sure.

After the doctor I took Tayton to the store and we got him this baby doll. Don't laugh at me, I think it is good for him. He has been so cute with this baby doll. He has been feeding it a bottle, changing it's clothes, and he put it down for a nap yesterday. I was on the phone with my friend and Tayton got mad at me because I was talking too loud and I was going to wake the baby up. It was pretty funny. He was giving it hugs and kisses all day and he even wanted to sleep with the doll at night. I think he is going to be such a good big brother!
