I've been tagged

How To Play This Game of Tag: Post these rules on your blog. List: 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals, 3 current obsessions/collections, & 3 random surprising facts about yourself. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog!

3 JOYS-

1. Levi. I seriously do not know what I would do without him. He is such a great husband and father and he just makes me feel so loved. He never has said anything hurtful to me, even when he is mad at me. I just love him so much and he is my greatest joy.

2. Tayton and Tanna! I love love love being a mom. Tayton is a lot of hard work but he is so much fun. Right about the time when I have had enough and I am about ready to strangle him, he comes over to me and gives me a big hug and kiss and tells me how much he loves me. He is always making me laugh and he is so fun. Tanna is straight from Heaven. She is the best baby ever and all I have to do is look at her and I want to cry. She loves to cuddle and she is the sweetest thing in the world.

3. Being in the mountains. I never really realized how much I miss the mountains until I moved to Henderson and Laughlin. They have mountains here but there is nothing on them. I miss the Northern Utah and Idaho mountains with rivers, lakes, and gorgeous trees.

3 FEARS-

1. That Levi is going to die at work. I don't know is anyone else is like this but if Levi is ever late, I get the worst thoughts in my head. I think about what my life would be like without Levi and then I go crazy. It probably doesn't help that he is a police officer and deals with a bunch of drunken idiots all the time. I am just really scared that one day I am going to get a call saying he was killed on the job and I am going to have to raise our kids alone. I don't know what I would ever do if I lost him.

2. That Tayton is going to get hit by a car. Ever since the time Tayton learned to walk he has been running off. I don't know how many times I have disciplined him but he still doesn't get it. He seriously just runs out in the middle of the street. We have taught him how to look both ways for cars but even when he looks he is running in the street. I just don't know what to do with this boy of ours.

3. I am totally scared of scorpions and black widows right now. We have tons of black widows around our town house and last year Levi found a scorpion in our apartment. I am just afraid they will get into our house and hurt me or my kids.

3 GOALS-

1. Buy a home- I am really glad we didn't buy a house here in Laughlin (sorry to anyone that lives here) but I don't want to stay here forever. I really just want to find a spot that Levi and I both love and buy a house and stop moving around.

2. Exercise- Now that I am not pregnant anymore I really want to start exercising again. It is too hot to do anything outside here so hopefully I can find a fun way to exercise.

3. Become a better person- I want to do a lot of things better. I want to be a better mom and wife. I want to be better with finances and I want to become more spiritual. It will always be something to work on.

3 CURRENT OBSESSIONS/COLLECTIONS

1. Hair bows - My friend Shannon taught me how to make hair bows. I am a bit obsessed with it right now, I am making bows for every outfit. I just don't make them as good as Shannon.

2. Food Storage- My parents are really big into food storage and they have been helping us get motivated to get our own. Last year we had maybe 2 or 3 cans of food storage. I think we know have our year supply but I am always buying extra at the grocery store.

3. Baby girl clothes- I guess I have been collecting clothes for Tanna. I have been buying a ton of clothes. I try not to spend too much money. I always shop the clearance sections and she now has a ton of clothes for the entire year. I love to find bargains, like her winter coat. It was originally $45.00 and I bought it for $6.50.

3 RANDOM FACTS

1. My left thumb is shorter than my right.

2. I have had 4 surgeries, 2 broken bones, and I lost count on how many times I have had stitches. No Levi does not beat me, I just get hurt a lot.

3. Levi has a sexy booty!

I tag, Katie, Candice, Shauna, Andi, and Emily ( I think you all should do it!!)

Tayton's Gold Medal!

Things are going great. I am adjusting to life with two kids. So far it has gone really good, much better then I ever thought it would. Tanna is such a great baby. She sleeps good, and she hardly ever cries. I am so happy she came to join our family. Really I couldn't have asked for a better baby, I am so in love with her. I am still really proud of Tayton, he just loves her to pieces and is very protective of her. It is fun to see him around her.

Our library here is pretty fun, they are always doing fun contests and things for kids. Tayton has been such a good reader that he earned a gold medal! Tayton was so excited, he loves it. He was so proud of himself. Here he is showing off his medal.

Tayton wanted to share his medal with baby Tanna. He put it on her to make her happy. This is just one of the little things he does that just melts my heart. He is so cute with her. Tanna thought it was great too.

He just loves kissing her, and she loves Tayton too.

Another picture of our beautiful girl.

Everyone keeps asking about Tanna's hair and where it came from. To tell you the truth I don't know where that much came from. Tayton had dark hair but it wasn't as long or as thick. Here is a picture of Tayton 2 days old. It is the best one I could find of his hair.

Here is a picture of Tayton around three months old. Notice how much lighter his hair is. I am guessing that Tanna's dark hair will fall out in a couple of months and she will be a blondie just like her big brother. Me and Levi were both born with dark hair and we both went really blonde. It will be fun to see if I am right.

More pictures of our baby girl!

Here are some more pictures for Grandma! Thanks everyone for all your cute comments. Labor was so much easier. I was only in labor about 8 hrs and I only had to push about 45 minutes. It is amazing how much easier they come when the are facing the right way. I am feeling great and things are going so good.

Tanna is a beautiful healthy little girl. She has a little bit of jaundice so we have to keep her by the window to get some sun. She is sleeping really good which is so nice for me. At night she wakes up about every four hours. She is such a sweetheart, and I am so glad to have her in my life. Tayton has been such a good helper and he does some of the sweetest things. I told him I was going to change Tannas diaper and he ran and got a diaper and wipes before I could even ask him too. He loves to help and whenever she cries he is right there to help her stop crying, I wonder how long it will last but I am so grateful he is a great big brother and such a good helper for mom.

I love being a big brother!

Our first family picture, actually second, Levi's head was cut off in the first one.

Tayton and Tanna getting ready to leave the hospital. He wanted me to put her down so he could see his baby.

Here is our beautiful baby girl.

Another picture of our baby girl, sorry these aren't the best pictures.

Tayton found the helicopter at the hospital. He was so excited about seeing the helicopter. I love his hands on his hips.

Grandma, Tayton, and Tanna at the hospital.

Tanna has a good set of lungs on her. She doesn't cry very much but when she does she is pretty good at it.

Tanna's Birthday

Here are the pictures you all have been waiting for. Sorry it took me so long but I didn't get home until it was pretty late. Tanna Brooke Winward was born today at 1:57PM. She weighed 7 lbs 5 oz and was 20 1/2 inches. She has lots of dark hair and looks like Tayton did when he was born. She is a healthy little girl that likes to look around and suck on her had when she is not sleeping. So far she hasn't complained much and is happy to be here. Kali is doing great I will let her tell you about Labor and Delivery. Tayton was excited to see his new little sister and is already looking out for her. The nurse came in our room to take Tanna to see her doctor and Tayton got very concerned about her. He was afraid they were going to take her away. After telling him what they were doing he felt much better.

Here is a picture of Kali, Tanna and I shortly after she was born. Kali will probably get mad at me for posting this, but she will get over it.

Here is Tanna after she had her bath.

Here is a picture of Kali and Tanna later in the evening. I'm lucky to have two beautiful girls.

This is me and Tanna.

Here is Tayton looking at his little sister. He wanted to make sure she was OK and was checking out the heart shape monitor on her. He loved to listen to her talk.

This is the first time Tayton got to hold his little sister.

Blogger Templates

A lot of people have asked me where I got my new template. My friend gave me a couple of great sites to get them and I think they are so cute. So here are the sites if anyone wants to check them out.

I picked up my mom yesterday at the airport and Tayton has been having so much fun with her. It has been a nice break, instead of mom, mom, mom, it is now grandma, grandma, grandma. I have to leave tomorrow at 5:00 a.m. I showed Levi how to post pictures, so he said he will try and post some up tomorrow night. I am so excited, I hope I will be able to get some sleep tonight, I am like a little kid on Christmas Eve. I hope everything goes good and I have a healthy beautiful baby girl.

Grandma Ivaloo

Levi's grandma passed away on Friday and we are really going to miss her. We can't go to the funeral because we are having our little girl on Saturday. I was hoping she would hang on long enough to see our little Tanna but I know she is with her right now and she will give her a great send off for us. We will miss you and we love you Grandma Ivaloo.
