Tayton's Birthday!

Sorry I have been such a slacker but it has been sooooo busy. We have been working really hard on getting our landscaping done. It had been a pain but it is looking so much better. That is another post for a later day. But we had a fun time on Taytons birthday. We had another pirate party for him, he loves pirates and that is what he wanted. Here are some pictures from his party.

Tayton dressed up as Jack Sparrow, here he is opening up presents. He wanted the same thing that he always wants. More Team Geo Trax!

Having a party with his friends Josh and Zack!

Then we went to Utah and had a great time. We went to Lagoon, Tayton did not like the Tidal Wave. Half way through he started yelling "Turn this thing off, turn this thing off." It was so funny. He also was really excited for the haunted houses, until he went through the doors. He hid under the car the entire ride. I told him we didn't have to go on the other haunted house ride but he said he wanted too and it would be silly. So I took him on the other haunted house and once again he didn't like it. As soon as we got off, he yelled really loud, "No more haunted houses." I think he had a really fun time, and he loves loves loves Lagoon. Here are some more pictures.

Tayton loving the boats!

Uncle Tyson took Tayton on the Music Land thing, I forgot what it was called. He liked it until it went "Scary Super Fast."

Getting brave on the Merry-Go-Round, he even let go with no hands.

This is Tayton before the ride started, he was a little nervous.

Here he is at the end of the ride, as you can tell he didn't like it. We asked him if he wanted to go on it again, and he yelled "NOOOOOOOO!" We all got a good laugh.

The Big Recital!

This past Thursday was the big dance recital! It was held at the Opera House here in Eureka, and I think almost the entire town showed up. Seriously, people who didn't even have kids dancing came. It was packed and the audience was so fun, they cheered so loud and the kids loved it! I have been teaching dance and gymnastics for 4 months now and I love it. I was a little too busy at the recital helping all the girls get dressed and up on stage and all that fun stuff, so I didn't get any pictures but some other nice ladies took some, so when I get them I will post them. Here are some pictures of the little gymnastics class and of the little ballet class I have when they were at practice!

This is my smallest class, they are dancing to kiss the girl! Aren't they so cute! The little one on the left in the blue almost fell off the stage at the recital. I had to run up and push her back, it was a close call. But everything turned out ok.

Here they are again showing off some ballet moves. I had a total of 3 ballet classes, 2 hip hop classes, and one gymnastics class.

Here is Tayton in his gymnastics class. He had so much fun and everyone told me how cute they were on stage. Their song was "Let's Get Ready to Rumble!" It was cute and they did a great job, then they got medals at the end of their routine. Tayton was really excited!

Another picture of the gymnastics class, I had 12 kids in it but not all of them wanted to get their picture taken. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures of the other classes but I will post them later.

Look at how spoiled I am! My mother-in-law gave me flowers for the recital, and then the kids in my ballet and gymnastic classes also gave me flowers. I was so excited! Thanks everyone! I has so much fun at the recital!

Here is Tanna in her Easter dress after I washed it. She is feeling better except when she stopped throwing up she got an ear infection and right now she is getting her first tooth. Poor girl, she has only been sick once before this, I feel so bad for her.

So pretty!

Tanna's favorite thing to do right now is open up all the drawers and pull everything out, it is so fun for mom!

Caught Ya!

Last but not least, it is Taytons B-Day tomorrow! I can't believe my little boy is going to be 4! Happy Birthday Tayton, we love you!

Our Spring Break!

We had a fun time during the Easter Break. Levi's parents and his little brother Dante came up for 2 days. They were going to stay longer but Dante ended up getting really sick and throwing up all night long, so their trip was cut short. It was fun why they were here, too bad they couldn't stay longer. So after they left Levi got sick and Tanna was throwing up. It was so much fun. Luckily me and Tayton have been fine. Easter morning, I put Tanna in her cute little Easter dress, she looked so adorable and then she threw up all over it. I felt so bad for my little girl. She is feeling a lot better now, I am so glad. Levi is still a little under the weather, but I am hoping he will get better soon. Here are just a few pictures from Easter!

Tayton coloring Easter Eggs, too bad it was only me and Tayton. No one else felt good enough.

Tayton loved putting stickers on the eggs.

Look at how good Tayton did!

They had a fun Easter Egg hunt at the elementary school, Tatyon is just waiting for his turn!

Tayton ran really fast but he forgot to pick up the eggs. He ended up getting three eggs. Then he saw his little friend Hannah and she only got one egg, so he shared one egg with her. I thought that was so sweet.

Tanna missed the fun Easter Egg Hunt, but Tayton hid some eggs for her around the house. She didn't really know what to do, but Tayton was such a good big brother, he helped her out.

Then earlier this week, Levi had to go work up in Elko for a couple of days, so I decided I would go with him and have some fun. I was planning on taking the kids to a fun park there and enjoy the nice spring weather, but too bad it decided to snow. It was crazy, it seriously snowed all day. We stayed in the hotel until noon, then we got hungry so I decided to face the snow and we headed to McDonalds. The kids had such a great time playing there, we stayed for a couple of hours. When we got back to Eureka I couldn't believe how much snow we got. This was by far the biggest snow storm we had all year. It snowed about 30 inches here. It is melting fast but I have spring fever so bad and I want it gone. I can't wait to start doing the landscaping in our yard. Hopefully it will stay nice and no more snow! Here are the fun pictures at McDonalds, and I hope you guys all had a Happy Easter!

Here is Tayton trying to show Tanna what to do.

Tanna not really sure if this if fun.

Tayton just being Tayton.

What we've been up too!

So I have been slacking on my blog lately, but if your Internet was as fast as mine you would be blogging less too. Anyway, last week we had a fun time, we went to Vegas and Laughlin. Levi had some work stuff so I came along for the free hotel. We had such a fun time but it was really short and really hot. When I went to Laughlin the sign said it was 92 and I believe it. It felt great though. I got to see a few friends and it was so much fun. (I forgot to take pictures though.) Hopefully we can go again and I can see all my friends that I missed. Then when we got home it snowed. I was sad because I have spring fever so bad. So besides our quick trip here are a few more pictures of what has been going on in the big city Eureka!

Tayton started swimming lessons. He only went three days but he had a great time. The indoor pool is nice and heated and he had a blast. (This picture was at the end of the class where they let them put on their life jackets and swim around.)

Tayton and Tanna just having fun in the bath with each other. They are so cute with each other. Whenever I turn on the bath water Tanna gets so excited! It is her favorite time in the evening.

We also had fun at Chuckee Cheese's. And just in case you are wondering, there is no Chuckee Cheese's in Eureka. This is in Vegas. Tanna loved this ride.

Tayton also having a blast at Chuckee Cheese's!

Tayton and Tanna just hanging out.

And finally, this is what happens when you spend your time blogging on your slow computer and not paying attention to what your 3 year old is doing. I think he pulled out every toy he owns.

Tanna is 9 months old!

Thanks everyone for getting me your email addresses. We just had a weird guy from Malasyia telling me how cute Tayton was and we went on his blog and he had some crazy stuff on there. So now I feel a lot better about my blog. Anyway, Tanna is 9 months old today, I can't believe it. How come when you are pregnant those 9 months seem to take forever but the past 9 months have flown by. Here are some pictures of Tanna. She is crawling all over the place and she is standing up on everything. She is getting so big.

I love to crawl, and I am getting so good at it.

My aunt Elaine is so sweet, she sent the kids a fun little Valentines Day package. Tanna got a little sucker and as you can tell, she loved it! Thanks Elaine.

She isn't quite sure what to do with the sucker, she figured it out pretty fast though.

Dad game me a cookie, can you tell that I loved it!

What a mess.

Mom don't take a picture of me, just come get me out of my crib.

Not too much is going on. We have been painting our house, that has been loads of fun. I will put up some pictures later. We hope you all are doing great.
