Fun with our family!

So my little nephew Austin is out of NICU!!! He is doing great and we are so happy. He is the cutest little thing. Why he was in the NICU I watched my sisters little girl Azlyn and we had such a great time. Tanna had so much fun with her cousin. Here are a few pictures.

We had lots of fun at this playgroup at the Peak. All the kids took a nap after, so it was really nice for me.

They had so much fun crawling through tunnels...

Hanging on the rope swing...

Playing with the parachute...

Jumping on trampolines...

Going down slides, this slide was pretty scary as you can tell by the look on her face.

Hanging on the rings...

Taking a break from all the running...

But most of all I think they liked being together, so cute.

Then the next week I got to go to San Antonio to visit my sister Shanna and her 7 kids. Levi stayed home with the kids so I got to go. Thanks so much Levi and Cory for watching them so I could go.

My cute nephew Davion, he was so fun to see. He sings so cute and is just full of energy.

My mother in law gave this cute doll to my niece. Malaysia loved it. She was so fun, every morning she came down to wake us up and ripped the covers off of us and jumped on our air matres. There was no sleeping in with her around. It was so fun though.

Grandma and Malaysia.

Omarion is so fun. He is 5 just like Tayton and I can't wait for them to get together.

My little sister Whitney, Deshon, and me. Deshon was such a sweet boy. All of them were so amazing it was so fun.

Omarion loves to do puzzles and we actually had so much fun doing them together. Now I started doing puzzles with Tayton and he loves them. It is amazing these 5 year old little boys can put these hard puzzles together.

Omarion and me waiting at the San Antonio Temple.

Here they are, such a cute family, together forever. It was so neat to be able to see them sealed together.

After the sealing we went to the Alamo. It is kind of hard to see us but I am in there with my mom, and Whitney.

After the Alamo we went down to the river walk. Here we are getting ready to ride a boat on the river and then a pigeon pooped on me. I have the best luck!

Here we are again on the River Walk, just picture us the right way.

Here are my parents waiting for the boat ride. No pigeon poop on them, except for the pigeon that pooped on me and I wiped it on him. Sorry dad.

We had a great time this past month spending time with family!

I have internet!

Well after 4 months of living here in Utah I am finally blogging. The main reason why I haven't blogged is because we haven't had the internet. Since we were paying rent and a mortgage I had to cut out every bill I could. We got some people to move into our house and they are doing a lease to own option. We wish we could have sold it but this option is better then loosing it.

Anyway, life here in Utah is going great. We love being close to family. It has been quite the adventure since we moved here. I had to have surgery on my gall bladder. The funny part about that was my mom had the same surgery with me. We had the same doctor and the same operation on the same day. We even shared the recovery room together. I am doing great now and I feel so much better.

Levi is loving the outdoors here. Every weekend he is going hunting or ice-fishing. It is fun having him home on the weekends. He only works Mon-Thurs. I love it. He thought his new job would be a little more exciting than it is. Basically he is bored out of his mind but hopefully he will stay with it for me.

Tayton is enjoying his new school and he is reading a ton lately. He has made a few new friends here and loves primary. In December he broke his wrist. We were watching Levi's brother Dante wrestle and Tayton wanted to watch some younger kids wrestle and they landed on him and it broke his wrist. I will post some pictures of his cast later.

Tanna has been sick all the time. I don't know what it is but she always has a cough, runny nose, or something like that. If she is not coughing then she is throwing up. She is getting her two year molars in but I hope she gets better soon. I want my healthy little girl back. We have her and Tayton is swimming lessons and she loves it. She wants to go swimming all the time. I am working on potty training and it isn't going to well. Maybe she will be interested when she gets feeling better.

But the biggest thing that have happened since the move is I have 4 new nephews and 1 new niece. Here are their pictures!

This is my newest nephew. He was born Sunday morning. His name is Austin Thomas Jensen. He was born at 35 weeks. He is 5lbs 11 oz. He has the cutest blonde hair. I got to see him yesterday and he just melts your heart. I hope he gets to come home soon but it looks like he is going to be in the NICU for a while.

He was born and was crying and breathing on his own and then he stopped breathing. They put him on a ventilator and he is still trying to figure out the breathing thing. I hope he figures it out soon.

He had to get life-flighted to a different hospital. I know he is in good hands. It is so amazing the technology they have these days.

My oldest sister Shanna just adopted these cute kids. They are getting sealed in February and I get to go see them. I can't wait. They live in San Antonio, I wish they lived closer.

This handsome fellow is DeShon. He is 8 and he loves sports. His favorite sport is football. He is super fast and the first time they gave him the ball at his football game he ran it in for a touchdown. He wants to be in the NFL one day.

Here is my 5 year old nephew Omarion. Tayton is so excited to meet him. Omarion loves to play with Army soldiers and Tayton can't wait to have a battle with him.

This beautiful 4 year old is Laila. I talk to her a lot on the phone and she just melts your heart. She is the cutest thing ever.

And this little stud is Davion. He is 18 months old. I don't know too much about him but isn't he the cutest thing.

I love all my nieces and nephews so much. They all mean so much to me. I love my family and though it was hard leaving Eureka and all of our friends, I am so happy to be close to my family again. I am so greatful for my children. I feel this move was the best move for our family. I will blog more now that I have internet again.

Another Move

Yes we are moving again. This time it is back to Utah. We are planning on packing up and leaving on Friday. I hope it all goes ok. I am excited to go back to Utah but not excited for the actual move. We won't have internet for a while, so I might not be blogging for a while. I'll tell you all about our latest adventures in another post. Now I have to go back to packing.

Summer Fun!

Summer has just flown by. We were pretty much gone all of July. We have been busy rafting and going to visit family in Utah, swimming, hiking, and just having fun. It has been a great summer so far. Here are some pictures of our latest adventures!

We went camping in Idaho, by the Boise river. It was so nice, we went fishing and went on a fun hike.

Tayton hiked almost all of the 3 1/2 miles. He told me he wanted to be the best hiker ever! The only time I had to carry him was up a really steep part on the way back. We were really proud of him.

It was such a pretty hike. This picture doesn't do it justice. There were such pretty flowers all around.

We finally get to our destination, Green Island Lake, and there are tons, I mean tons, of mosquito's around us. Luckily we packed the mosquito spray, but we didn't stay too long.

So a couple of months ago, Levi bought our dog Buck a backpack. I made fun of Levi, but it was so nice. Buck carried all of our water, sun-block, and mosquito spray. Thanks Buck.

The only thing I hate about camping, the kids get so dirty, they sure had fun though.

Then later, we met up with my family on the Payette river. My dad has been rafting pretty much all of his life and he has never done this. Here is how it happened;
My sister took her in-laws rafting with us. The first day we went on beginner rapids. Day two, all of the guys wanted to go on harder stuff. I stayed with all the kids. Well my sisters father-in-law fell out right at the top of this rapid. My dad was rowing to save him and didn't pay attention to where he was going and hit the boulder sideways. This is what the end result was. Everyone came out alive, there were alot of bumps and bruises and one guy broke some toes. The ambulance came and treated some minor cuts. It sure made for an exciting afternoon.

This picture shows it from back in the distance. There were 7 guys on the side of the river with ropes, trying to help my dad.

Here my dad is tying ropes around the boat.

After 2 hours the boat is finally off the rock!

No one wanted to get back in the boat so I took the opportunity to finish the ride with my sister and my dad. It was a fun ride.

I love rafting!

Levi took Tanna out on the kayak. She loved it! Don't worry there weren't any rapids.

So we get done rafting for the day and we head back to camp. We were all trying to relax and enjoying ourselves when all of the sudden Tayton starts screaming. The poor kid was running to our tent, slipped and fell and landed right on the metal tent stake. He had a nice big cut on his butt of all places. So I drove an hour to Boise and we ended up here.

Tayton got 5 stitches, he was pretty tough in the emergency room. He is fine now, but he sure hated getting them out. And then Levi just called this morning and he is in the Mesquite Emergency Room getting stitches on his toes. Apparently he was getting out of the shower and slipped and cut his toe pretty good. He only got 4 stitches though, so Tayton wins in the stitches contest. So that has been our summer so far. Full of excitment!
