The Winwards

Hello,
I am a first time blogger and lets be honest I don't really know what I am doing. We decided we would try it so that way we can keep in touch with our friends and family. Tayton is 2 1/2 and still full of energy. He loves pirates, trains, and anything that has to deal with sports. For those of you who don't know we moved to Henderson, NV last January. It has been quite an adventure living in the Las Vegas Valley, it never gets boring here.
Levi got a job as a game warden! He loves it. Every time I tell someone Levi is a game warden in Las Vegas they always ask which casino he works at. I think it is funny. But for those of you who don't know what a game warden does, they enforce the boating and wildlife laws. Levi had to go through the police academy. The police academy was 20 weeks long and is just like boot camp. He loved getting yelled at for 20 weeks, and he said that being pepper sprayed was a lot worse than being tazered. (I don't ever want to find that out myself so I will take his word on it.) So now he is Officer Winward! He is glad that field training is almost over, he has been in training for almost a year. So now we get to move again! I am not to excited about moving. We are moving to Laughlin, NV. It is 90 miles south of Las Vegas and right on the border of California and Arizona. It gets even hotter down there than Vegas. I didn't know anywhere could be hotter than here. So if anyone is planning to visit make sure you come in the winter when it is enjoyable. We hope to be in Laughlin for about a year and then we would love to move up to Northern Nevada. We miss the snow.
We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and we miss you all. Keep in touch!

Kali! It's Katie (Evans) Price. Your little family is so cute. I am glad to hear things are going well. I wonder about everyone sometimes so it's kind of nice to have these little blogs to keep in touch.
