Dear Santa,
This is Taytons letter to Santa this year, he wrote it at pre-school. I thought it was pretty cute so I had to share it.
Dear Santa,
I want a wizard castle with a orange dragon. I want a green race car. I want a pink pirate ship and a pink pirate for baby Tanna. I've been a good boy now, but I've been a little bit naughty. My mom's been good so can you bring her a new necklace because baby Tanna keeps breaking them. My dad would like a present, too. I don't have a chimney so you can just go through the door. You can just put the presents under my tree.
I been good at preschool. I play nice with the other kids and I listen to my teacher. Sometimes I listen to my mom. When she says it's time to go to bed, I listen and she says it just one time and then I go to bed.
I will leave you and Mrs. Santa Claus some chocolate chip cookies and some of baby Tannas milk. I like your sleigh with reindeer and your soft beard. I love Santa Claus.
Love,
Tayton
This was a couple of years ago, as you can see Taytons relationship with Santa has improved a lot over the years.

If anyone is still out there . . .
I know I have been horrible at this blogging thing lately. We had such a great time when we went to Utah and we came back and the computer wouldn't turn on. Levi ordered a new power supply hoping that would work. Well the company sent us the wrong part but it finally came and the computer is working again. I am glad my husband is so handy. It only cost us $11.00 to fix it. I was pretty happy.
Well some exciting things that have been going since our last post are, I have a new nephew named Ryker Diego Winward. I haven't seen him yet but I can't wait. He was born the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We are excited to meet him.
My little brother Tyson left for his mission. Now I know some of you are thinking, didn't he leave a long time ago. Yes he did but he got sent home to take care of some issues and now he is back out on his mission and he is in the Dominican Republic. I couldn't be prouder of him, he is such a strong person and I miss him a ton.
We have been pretty busy here, but that isn't anything new. Levi is almost done with hunting season. I think he enjoyed it for the most part. He got his deer and was pretty excited about it. He didn't take any pictures of it though. He has been working so hard and I am proud of him for everything he does for us.
I have been pretty busy with cheer leading and dance. The boys football team went all the way to the semi-finals. Dance just started last week and I am teaching 6 classes with about 50 kids in all. I love teaching dance and I am having so much fun.
Tayton has been being a boy. He loves pre-school and is doing really good. I just went to my first parent teacher conference. I feel really old. The teacher said he was doing great, but one time he did punch his friend because he wouldn't be his best friend. Now why would that boy not want to be best friends with a kid who punched him, I don't understand.
Tanna is getting so big and talking so much. She is getting all four molars in right now so she is pretty happy. Today she was screaming at church for the sacrament bread and when she got to it she yelled thank you, it was pretty funny.
Well here are a few pictures from the last couple of months. I hope everyone is doing good.
Best buds!
So pretty! Tanna calls her hair bows pretty's, she loves to put them in and take them right back out.
Tayton loves these soldiers. They are those stupid dollar store ones but the kid can't get enough of them. He loves to build forts and all sorts of things for them. He said he wants a wizard castle from Santa Clause for his soldiers. I guess we will have to wait and see what Santa brings.
Tayton also made this pirate ship out of pillows, blankets, and chairs. He loved playing in it and so did his little sister. He had to make sure the soldiers were on the pirate ship. He is so fun.
The cutest witch you ever saw. I know it is almost Christmas, but I had to put it up here.
My witch with a pirate skeleton. Tayton spent hours looking for his costume. He couldn't find the right costume. He wanted to be a pirate with bones, so this is the best mom could come up with. He liked it so I guess that is all that matters, right.
Tanna enjoying a Halloween cupcake.
My little witch had too much fun.
My little skeleton all worn out after trick-or-treating. After all that hard work of finding the perfect costume, when it came down to it, he just wanted to be a scary skeleton. Don't laugh at the face paint, he wouldn't stop moving and he kept touching it all night, (Even though it was his idea to paint his face.)

Oh man, just my luck!
So we finally got high speed internet and guess what happens. Our computer breaks down. Hopefully it will get fixed soon, but in the meantime I won't be posted anything soon. I am using Levi's work computer for this post. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

I am a slacker!
So I know it has been a while since I have posted, but seriously it took hours to post anything because of good old dial up interent. But not anymore, I am so excited! I just downloaded these pictures in less then one minute so now I have no more excuses. I have been giving a little girl in town private dance lessons, and her dad gave us free internet for 1 year and free installation. Life is great!
Not too much has been going on in Eureka. I got a job as the cheerleader advisor and have been pretty busy going to practices, football games, pep assembly's and things like that. I will start teaching dance again next month. Levi has been busy with work and the deer hunt. He actually got a deer tag this year and got a deer. He was really excited.
The big thing since our last post is Tayton started school. He loves pre-school. He goes to the Eureka Elementary and he rides the school bus home. He loves it! He got to play soccer this fall. He loved that and he even did really good at the soccer tournament against Round Mountain.
Taytons first day of school!
I can't believe he is getting so big.
Tayton at soccer practice.
Here he is at his very first soccer game.
Tanna is growing up. She is such a busy little girl and her new favorite things are to climb up on everything, dance in circles, and she loves to grab toys and scream down the hall yelling "MINE." That is great fun for mom.
Tanna learning how to eat. (She must have learned this from her father.)
Oh, she also loves to put shoes on. As you can tell she found Taytons cowboy boots, and she loves to run around in them. She put these on all by herself and even managed to get them on the right way.
I am getting so big.
Best Buddies.
I hope everyone has a Happy Halloween!

July!
I decided since I didn't have one post in July I would just sum up the entire month with one post. I will try to be a little better in August. Here are some things we have been doing this month!
Tayton caught his first fish all by himself! He was so excited. This is at Cave Lake, by Ely.
Tanna having fun on the 4th of July!
The Eureka 4th of July Parade. Tayton was in the pirate float, if you look close you might be able to see him. He thought that was great fun because if you know anything about this boy he loves pirates. The float said: "Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a Eureka life for me."
Mom and Tanna wathcing the parade!
After the parade they had a lot of kid games. Tayton won 2nd place in the sack race contest and won $3.00. They also had a nickel drop and he got lots of nickles. This picture is where they take off their shoes and put them in two different sacks. You run down, try to find your shoes, put them on then race back to the finish line. Tayton fell down and he said it was too hot without shoes, he didn't like this game too much but everything else he loved! Then we had a big bbq at the park where they did a gun fight show and it was great fun.
Fireworks! So I have to tell you this funny story about Eureka's fireworks. So the fireworks are put on by the Volunteer fire dept. They were about half way through the firework show when they got a fire call so they all just took off and the fireworks ended. We all kept waiting to see if they were coming back but they never did. It was pretty funny.
We took a quick trip to Utah to see my older brother and his wife Emily before they moved to Wisconsin. He just got back from Iraq. It was so fun to see them and Tayton thinks Uncle Jay is super fun!
Swimming at the Brigham City Pool. Aunt Whitney took Tayton down the slide, Tayton loved it!
Dad taking Tanna down the slide. She thought it was fun, she had a big smile on her face going down the slide. Not to sure about the end of the slide.
Although Tanna liked the slide this was by far her favorite thing. She loved splashing and crawilng all around in the shallow end. She could have done that all day!
Popciles, we love summer!
Life just can't get any better for a little girl when she has a popcicle!
Why we were in Utah we took the kids and went to the temple open house. We had a great time and it was fun go to the temple with our children.
Tanna's favorite was the light fixtures and the cookies at the end. I don't know how much actually ended up in her mouth, most of it was on her face.
Tayton thought it was so neet he could go inside the temple. He loved looking at the brochure and finding the rooms that matched the pictures.

Happy Birthday Tanna!
I can't believe my baby is one! She turned one last Sunday on the 7th. We invited some of our friends over and we had a fun luau party. The highlight of the party had to have been the cake. Tanna had her own little cake and she dove into it and loved it. It was so funny, she ate a ton and then she just started playing with it and by the end she was sitting in most of the cake. She is still to small to know what was really going on but I know she liked the attention that day. I think she loved it! Here are just a few pictures from the party.
As you can tell by her face, Tanna is thrilled to open presents!
Starting to enjoy!
Yummy!
All clean and showing off her new sponge bob pj's. Can you guess who gave her that present? Tayton is such a fun big brother.

Tayton's Birthday!
Sorry I have been such a slacker but it has been sooooo busy. We have been working really hard on getting our landscaping done. It had been a pain but it is looking so much better. That is another post for a later day. But we had a fun time on Taytons birthday. We had another pirate party for him, he loves pirates and that is what he wanted. Here are some pictures from his party.
Tayton dressed up as Jack Sparrow, here he is opening up presents. He wanted the same thing that he always wants. More Team Geo Trax!
Having a party with his friends Josh and Zack!
Then we went to Utah and had a great time. We went to Lagoon, Tayton did not like the Tidal Wave. Half way through he started yelling "Turn this thing off, turn this thing off." It was so funny. He also was really excited for the haunted houses, until he went through the doors. He hid under the car the entire ride. I told him we didn't have to go on the other haunted house ride but he said he wanted too and it would be silly. So I took him on the other haunted house and once again he didn't like it. As soon as we got off, he yelled really loud, "No more haunted houses." I think he had a really fun time, and he loves loves loves Lagoon. Here are some more pictures.
Tayton loving the boats!
Uncle Tyson took Tayton on the Music Land thing, I forgot what it was called. He liked it until it went "Scary Super Fast."
Getting brave on the Merry-Go-Round, he even let go with no hands.
This is Tayton before the ride started, he was a little nervous.
Here he is at the end of the ride, as you can tell he didn't like it. We asked him if he wanted to go on it again, and he yelled "NOOOOOOOO!" We all got a good laugh.

The Big Recital!
This past Thursday was the big dance recital! It was held at the Opera House here in Eureka, and I think almost the entire town showed up. Seriously, people who didn't even have kids dancing came. It was packed and the audience was so fun, they cheered so loud and the kids loved it! I have been teaching dance and gymnastics for 4 months now and I love it. I was a little too busy at the recital helping all the girls get dressed and up on stage and all that fun stuff, so I didn't get any pictures but some other nice ladies took some, so when I get them I will post them. Here are some pictures of the little gymnastics class and of the little ballet class I have when they were at practice!
This is my smallest class, they are dancing to kiss the girl! Aren't they so cute! The little one on the left in the blue almost fell off the stage at the recital. I had to run up and push her back, it was a close call. But everything turned out ok.
Here they are again showing off some ballet moves. I had a total of 3 ballet classes, 2 hip hop classes, and one gymnastics class.
Here is Tayton in his gymnastics class. He had so much fun and everyone told me how cute they were on stage. Their song was "Let's Get Ready to Rumble!" It was cute and they did a great job, then they got medals at the end of their routine. Tayton was really excited!
Another picture of the gymnastics class, I had 12 kids in it but not all of them wanted to get their picture taken. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures of the other classes but I will post them later.
Look at how spoiled I am! My mother-in-law gave me flowers for the recital, and then the kids in my ballet and gymnastic classes also gave me flowers. I was so excited! Thanks everyone! I has so much fun at the recital!
Here is Tanna in her Easter dress after I washed it. She is feeling better except when she stopped throwing up she got an ear infection and right now she is getting her first tooth. Poor girl, she has only been sick once before this, I feel so bad for her.
So pretty!
Tanna's favorite thing to do right now is open up all the drawers and pull everything out, it is so fun for mom!
Caught Ya!
Last but not least, it is Taytons B-Day tomorrow! I can't believe my little boy is going to be 4! Happy Birthday Tayton, we love you!
