Baby Update

I really have nothing new to blog about so I decided I would give a little baby update. I was having some contractions last week so my doctor gave me some medication to help stop my contractions. It worked and I didn't have any more contractions but the medication was only for a week. I am now 37 weeks and I am dilated to a 3, and I am having some contractions. My doctor thinks I could have her any day now. I am getting really excited but I don't want to get my hopes up because Tayton was 4 days late and they said he would come early too. I go to my doctor again on Monday and he said he will set a date to induce me. Overall this pregnancy has gone really good and I am hoping everything will go good during labor. She definitely does not move as much as Tayton did, so I am hoping she will be a little more mellow. We decided we are going to name her Tanna Brooke Winward. Hopefully she looks like a Tanna because me and Levi can't agree on any other name.

Lucky for me the weather cooled down a ton from last week. Last Friday it was only 70 and tomorrow it should be around 90. I thought I was going to die when it hit 114. Here are some funny pictures of Tayton. My stomach was hurting so I went and laid on my bed for a couple of minutes and it started getting way too quiet. I got up and this is what I found, little stinker. Hopefully in the next week or two I can post some pictures of our new baby girl.

Crazy Heat!

On Tuesday we hit a record high of 114. I am sure glad it is only May, I can't wait for summer to come. Today is pretty nice and the high is around 85. Here are just a few pictures of us trying to beat the heat.



I think he is the cutest thing ever. He loves to wear his pirate sun glasses.



This is at the park by our house, they have fountains that turn on and spray you. Taytons favorite thing to do is run when the fountains turn on.



Here I am in my new swimsuit. I am looking so hot and sexy these days, don't you agree!



Here is my little fish swimming at our pool! He loves swimming and he wants to go swimming 3 times a day.



His favorite thing to do is jump off the side, this boy is fearless.

Phoenix trip

Sorry it has been a while since I posted but I feel like I have been so busy lately. Last Monday and Tuesday we went to Phoenix to see Levi's cousins. They are moving to Connecticut and we wanted to see them before they left. I felt bad because they were moving the same week we showed up to visit but thanks again Gavin and Amy for letting us come up. Tayton had such a fun time and he even keeps asking to go see his cousins again.




Tayton and Taylor. We went to Ulta, it is a fabulous makeup store, and Tayton was watching his cousins put the samples on. He wanted to play too so he kept putting makeup all over his face. He decided the blue eye shadow looked better as blush.



This is Taylor and Mikaya, (Sorry if I spelled her name wrong.) It was fun to be around girls. It got me really excited, they are so different from Tayton. I love the pose.

Here is their baby Soren. He is 3 months old, he is so cute. It was fun to hold a baby again. I am so baby hungry right now. We went to the park one night and I was pushing Soren in the stroller and Tayton was on a scooter behind me. One lady looked at me and started laughing saying it looked like I had my hands full. She thought Soren was mine. I told her it wasn't possible to be 8 1/2 months pregnant and to have a 3 month old.


What is a trip to Phoenix without stopping at Cabellas?Tayton loves this moose thing and they have one in the Lehi store too. He really wanted to take it home but I don't think we have room for it.Tayton really wanted me to take his picture in front of this big Elephant. He loves getting his picture taken, but it is hard for him to smile because he keeps saying cheese.

Happy 3rd Birthday Tayton!

We had such a fun time on Sunday. Tayton woke up at 6:00 and came running in our room and asked if it was his birthday yet. He was so excited. He ran in the living room and I had balloons and decorations up. He kept jumping up and down. It is funny what little things can make him so happy. We went to church and his nursery leader had a party for him. She decorated the nursery with balloons and they had cupcakes and Tayton said it was so fun. Dad had to work so we waited to have our pirate party until Levi came home. Here are some pictures of Taytons Birthday!


Good morning birthday boy, as you can tell he is a little tired still.



This is what Tayton is always like. He is so full of energy, but especially on his birthday he was so so so extremely hyper. After I took this picture he wanted me to watch him fly. He loves to jump off the couches and make flying sounds. What a funny little boy.



He loves to put grapes on both sides of his mouth. Then he says "looked at me mom." He thinks it is so funny.



Here he is decorating his own birthday cake. He had so much fun even though mom messed up his cake.

Candy, candy, candy! Tayton decided he needed to hurry and grab all the candy and put it in his pirate hat. It was pretty funny, I wonder why he is so hyper do you think all this candy has anything to do with it?



Here is Tayton and dad with a pirate map. He had to go on a treasure hunt to find his presents.






Tayton really wanted a pirate ship cake. I got a really cute idea off the internet so I tried it. I spent about an hour putting it together and it turned out so cute. I was starting to decorate it with candy and then it totally fell apart. The cake crumbled. I was so sad but Tayton thought it was funny. He still loved it though.



Here is Tayton opening up presents. Of course he got stuff for his Geo Trax. He was so happy, thanks Grandma.



Another train for team Geo Trax. If anyone has little boys, I highly recommend this train set. Tayton plays with it every day and nothing has ever broken on it. It has definitely been worth every penny. It is one of the only toys that he will play with over and over.

Oh Baby!

I had a great time this week. My sister Christa called me up on Tuesday morning and asked what I was doing? She said she was all ready on her way and she was driving out to see me. It was sooooooo much fun to hang out with her. I hadn't seen her since Thanksgiving. She is also having a little girl in July. It is fun being pregnant with her. She left Thursday morning and I was so sad, I told her I was going to slash her tires so she couldn't leave. Basically we just hung out, did some baby shopping, laid out by the pool, and we went out to dinner just the two of us. (We got some interesting looks and one guy even asked if we got pregnant by the same guy!) So I know I said I wouldn't post any other pictures of me being pregnant but I lied. Here is a picture of me and my sis both pregnant together. She is the cute little one if you can't tell.





Aunt Christa is the best. She got Tayton a Black Pearl pirate ship for Taytons B-Day. We opened it up when she was here and Tayton has not stopped playing with it. We went to the grocery store today and he said lets go home mom I miss my pirate ship. He loves loves loves this toy. Thanks again aunt Christa.






My ward held a baby shower for me and my friend a couple of weeks ago, but there really aren't any good pictures. I just wanted to tell them all thank you and it was so sweet of them. My ward here is the best and I got so many new and cute things for my little girl. Thanks again, I am so blessed.
